The stud fee for natural or fresh AI/TCI breeding service is $2,000. A non-refundable breeding fee of $500 shall be due at the time of the breeding. The balance of $1500 is due by the time the litter turns 3 weeks old. A litter is defined as three or more live puppies at 3 weeks old. Should there be 1 or 2 live puppies at 3 weeks old, the stud fee will be $350 per puppy (over and beyond the breeding fee) and there will be no further obligation on part of the stud owner or bitch owner. If no live puppies result from the breeding, no additional payment will be due to the stud owner and no further obligation is owed by either party.

Litter registration will not be signed off until the bitch owner has paid the stud fee balance in full and until all veterinary costs and/or other services incurred for the breeding are paid in full. 

All veterinary expenses related to the breeding are the sole responsibility of the bitch owner, paid directly to the veterinary clinic via credit card on file. 

In the case of natural breedings, said bitch will be serviced by the stud dog once every 24-36 hours as long as the bitch will stand. All breedings will be supervised to ensure the safety of both dogs. If natural breeding fails or bitch owner prefers, the bitch can be side by side AI.

If natural breeding, proof of negative brucellosis test, done within 30 days of breeding is required. 

The bitch owner agrees to sell all pet puppies produced from this breeding on Limited Registration status and a ‘no breeding clause’ in their contract. Any show puppies from the litter shall be sold on contract stating that they must be 2 years old with final health clearances for hips, elbows, eyes, & heart before being bred, & may only be bred to other AKC/CKC registered golden retrievers. Bitch owner agrees not to sell any puppies produced by this breeding to pet shops, brokers, or any commercial establishments. Bitch owner also agrees not to sell any puppies from this breeding outside the United States and Canada.

Upon agreeing to the above conditions by both parties, the signing and dating of this contract, on this _______ day of __________, 20____ will make it mutually acceptable and official.
